Caris Life Sciences® maintains a database of physicians who have previously ordered Caris Molecular Intelligence® services. Search results are generated through an automated process that returns results based on the proximity to the location information entered by the user. No preference is given to a physician or practice, and the appearance of a physician on the list does not constitute an endorsement by Caris Life Sciences. Individual profiling results may vary or be unavailable based on the amount or type of specimen submitted. The use of tumor profiling is only one part of a patient’s health status and its use is solely within the discretion and independent medical judgment of the treating physician.
